CORE is a turn-key operation for the design, development, and coordination of our client’s facility start-up.
 
Our team of professionals work together with your management and operations team to develop a building and system to increase both the efficiency of your operation and your profits.
 
Our services include:
 
  1. Coordinating with architectural and engineering services to design and develop your facility.
  2. Coordinate with township officials to ensure that the permit process has been completed to their satisfaction.
  3. Establish and monitor critical paths to avoid any deviations.
  4. Meet and coordinate with various construction contractors to develop a timeline and schedule for completion.
  5. Coordinate project meetings and be available to coordinate with other trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunication vendors, carpet installers, furniture installers, etc.
  6. Issue project updates to architect and client.
  7. Initiate and track necessary change orders.
  8. Establish job-site check lists.
  9. Determine appropriate trade unions, delivery times, electrical requirements and costs.
  10. Prepare bid documents for warehousing, delivery, and installation to include full scope of work required.
  11. Collect necessary certificates of insurance from project contractors.
  12. Supervise all deliveries and installations to ensure adherence to scope of work, and installation standards.
  13. Procure a master punch list including schedule for resolution.
  14. Review with client/architect any alternations necessary and make arrangement for changes to occur.
  15. Review final invoices for accuracy to project costs.
